First round on the phone with HR and then face to face interview. They mentioned in the description that they do not care if I speak Finnish but when I met them in person they thought it was not a problem. Very unprofessional behavior.

Phone screening, phone interview, then 3 hour in person interview. They seemed great during the process, then led me to believe I’d be hired, and left me without a work for over a month.
