Interview
I received a call by a recruiter to set the date for a phone interview. Although I asked for an email to confirm the date, I did not receive any notification. After the first phone interview I went on to a Skype interview with a HR person. The interview was good and they promised me to come back to me with a decision within three weeks. Two months later I received a "no". Generally the interview questions were standard, the interview process however appeared very uncoordinated and not transparent.
