Signed up for the SWE Conference, submitted my resume online, received a call from HR before the conference to schedule an interview. The interview consisted of 3 behavioral questions, relatively easy, and the interviewer helped to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. 3-4 weeks later I was contacted for final round interviews. They flew you out to their headquarters and put you up in a nice hotel for the night (Wednesday) where we had a networking dinner with about 20 potential interns and 10 current employees. The next day (Thursday) was interviews: 2, 45-minute 1:1 interviews, 1 with HR and 1 with engineering manager/exec. board member. After your interviews you had to give a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation on why the company should hire you. The audience consisted of 1 HR, 1 engineering manager, and a member of the executive board. They grilled you with questions. We had a wrap up meeting and they shuttled us back to the airport for our flight home.
