Eaton interview questions

Applied online and received HR screening interview the next day. Followed by phone interview with hiring mgr the following week. Two weeks later had a face to face interview at Cleveland headquarters. It was very formal and tiring - I was sat in a conference room at 8:30 in the morning and stayed there all day while 6 different people came in to interview me. Each interviewer read through his list of behavioral type questions (e.g. Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult person and how you resolved the mattter). These questions went on forever. I was tired of them and each interviewer seemed tired of them. There was no follow up - just a form e-mail 6 weeks later saying they had chosen someonel else.

First round consist of HR. Overall this round was having a familiar background. Second round was quite avg. This was taken by Quality & Manufacturing head. Qualifying second round, The third was taken by Maintenance Head. And finally the fourth & final round was taken by Plant manager for 3hours. In all the total time taken for interview was nearly 4-5hrs.
