Eaton Opex Manager interview questions

I was initially contacted by the recruiter on March 12th for a skills and experience check. Shortly after, I was informed that the role would be updated in their system, requiring me to reapply. After two weeks, I received an interview appointment for a second round with HR and the hiring manager. Surprisingly, the day before the interview, I received an email stating I wasn't selected, yet the interview invite remained active. Despite this, I decided to attend, and the interview proceeded with standard questions. They mentioned it would take approximately two weeks to finalize the selection process. However, the last interview occurred on April 12th, over a month ago, and since then, I haven't received any communication regarding feedback or updates on the position. This lack of follow-up leaves me feeling uncertain about the company's professionalism and communication practices.
