Zero professional and disrespectful to continue the process as it was promised and indicated by hiring manager. I was waiting for the next round for the interview that it was postponed because the next person was on vacation. Then, I found 4 weeks later that job was offered to another person and never informed me that process ends.
Initial phone screen by the HR manager was high level and ensuring background matches role. Hiring manager interview was technical ensuring you understand the industry. Unfortunately the salary was not what I am currently making in my job so I didn't move forward with the opportunity.

Very smooth, one telephone, another face to face with hiring manager, another telecon with second level, email negotiation/offer with HR.HR is really awefule, have no idea of industry payscale. and wants to cut down on budget ( a budget they have no accountability for). They were trying to downsize budget given by hiring bosses in USA. HR is best division to work for in this location, no work, great pay and constant raise and attention by local MD
