Eaton Senior Engineer interview questions

It was worse experience of my life. It gave me a feeling that candidate was already selected and interviewing me was just a formality. No question was asked related to technology which I applied for. Two technical rounds turned into managerial rounds and asked exact same questions in both interviews which were conducted very casually. Despite very few numbers of candidate were called for the position and I reported half hour before the scheduled time, I was called for Interview after 4.5 hours of scheduled time. It cost me a complete day.

I sent the CV to Eaton and I got my interview with HR and then with hiring manager. First interview was a phone interview with a manager. Then I had a second interview with another manager and finally a face to face interview. Tech question from the hiring manager + one tech test and normal questions from HR. They showed me their facility and meeting rooms. I got my offer within 4 weeks.
