Interview started by walking through the resume, and then behavioral questions based on Eaton core values(accountability, ethical, passion...etc), with follow-up questions to each answer. Mostly two-rounds of interview, in some cases could be three rounds.

Was a panel of 5 with behavioural questions. Also had to make a presentation on a pre choose topic. This was a powerpoint presentation which looking back was a skill test.
