HR will contact you ONLY if there is interest in your resume. They are very quick to call you once they receive your resume IF they like what they see. When I say quick, sometimes you'll get call the same day you submit your application. If you pass the HR screening you are then set up for a second call with the Hiring Manager. If the Hiring Manager doesn't invite you in for an in person interview that is the end of your job candidacy for that position.

The interview process was fairly easy and casual. Everyone on the panel was friendly but sometimes they are not responsive after interview so you will have to follow up to ensure they don't leave you out of the loop.
