Interview
Interview 1 is with HR, they will tell you about the company, this is where you ask about benefits for employees etc. Round 2 is with your hiring manager, you will report to this person and they will check if you posses skills required to perform the job. Last is pannel and those are for a personality check, will the team like this person or is it a deal breaker.
It's wonderful to hear that the interview process at Edwards was informative and provided opportunities to discuss career experiences.

Interview
Applied online. The whole process took over 2 months from applying to second round interview. I had a phone interview initially and then 2 days where there were 4 separate zoom interviews.
The process was unnecessarily long, some interviews were moved from one day to the next which is extremely inconvenient for anyone booking time off work. Never heard back from them but assumed it was a no after two weeks.
