I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Edwards Lifesciences (Irvine, CA)
Interview
I had three interviews - with the recruiter, hiring manager, and upper managements. Everyone was very warm, friendly. There was a gap of one to two weeks in between each, but they were open about that and let me know in advance when to expect to hear. Even at the end, they kept me in the loop about the interview process and called to let me know I didn't get the position. I would definitely consider another role there if available.

Question 1
The upper management round was the trickiest - they asked a lot about challenges I've faced in the past, how I deal with C-suite people, very little about actual skill set.

Interview
Phone screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. We clicked and I thought the discussion went well. Received a phone call from the recruiter that I wouldn't be going forward. I suppose that is better than an impersonal rejection email.

Usually they are great at getting back to you however this time it seemed unorganized. I have been hearing a great deal of runners of corporate issues and specifically for this job was warned by 3 people. Know who you will work with otherwise great interviews
