I had 3 interview rounds out of 4. First round was with the recruiter, I have enjoyed interview with recruiter very much, very pleasant and informative discussion. Second round was with a Team Leader and Finance Director/Manager. I enjoyed the interview, TL seemed to be a pleasant person to work with, questions were very tricky however reasonable. Third round was with two managers and unfortunately I did not feel a positive vibe from the management, rather more tired and passive discussion. This is ultimately where I got 'rejected' as I was not able to provide 100% information on a question related to Intercompany asset management. I was told that they have liked me and my attitude but thought I did not have enough knowledge to hold the role despite me having twice more experience than it was essentially required. To me, Edwards values sound hypocritical, because Edwards claims they value personality, dedication and approach more than the knowledge. Not being able to answer to one question entirely correctly out of many shows that a candidate has knowledge on the subject, even if it is not 100%. It is not possible to know everything and it is okay to admit it. It is not, however, ok to claim that you value a personality more than knowledge and then reject the candidate because 1 question out of 10 was not answered correctly
