Edwards Lifesciences interview questions

I spend 3 hours interviewing. Met assistant who told me that the other assistants who worked there were her "best friends". I met with the HR rep who didn't seem to be to happy working there. The job is posted again. I don't think they really want to hire - just doing research and wasting everyone's time.
