The interview process took about 1 month. In the first one, there was the HR and the regional manager. In the second one there were the regional manager and the national manager.
They tried to understand how it would be my behaviour in a difficult moment, and how I could be good for the company.
They asked me about my skills, my preference, and my previous experience.
