I interviewed with Entain last year. The interview location was moved last minute, and I was left waiting in the meeting room for about an hour before the interview started. I was initially told I would hear back the next day, but it ended up taking closer to two weeks. I was ultimately rejected after the final round but was told there was no negative feedback and encouraged to stay in touch if the role was reposted. When the role was posted again, I reapplied but was automatically rejected and was ghosted despite being asked to keep in touch & following up. The team itself seemed fantastic and I enjoyed the interview process, which included case studies and situational questions. However, after the amount of time invested in the process, the lack of communication was disappointing.
