Phone interview with the agency, phone interview with a manager, followed by a face to face interview and a written test. The questions were strictly related to the customer service field and consisted mainly in questions describing certain situations and procedures.

The response was very fast and effective, No issues noted at all and i am happy i was also selected after my interview... Staffs and manager are very good to work alongside.
