Interview was conducted using the STAR based method which was difficult for someone such as myself with limited experience as the questions require you to describe times. I am sure succesful candidates used some creative licence.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
STAR based questioining which was difficult to follow.
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2022
Interview
First stage-Online application
Second stage-Phone call interview to discuss and outline the job, why you'd be a good fit, previous experience
Third stage-Video interview
Fourth stage-Assessment centre, shadowing current employees, final interview
The interview questions only took 5 minutes, I asked more for about 10, the recruiter provided really strong, helpful answers. I was only asked 3 questions on the phone call, think this is a screening process.
Yet to hear back, hence no offer.
