I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (London, England) in Aug 2020
Interview
Application form, Skype Interview, Branch Assessment.
Interviewer was very abrupt, felt like they were zooming through the multiple questions with no real interest in engaging with me.
Placed heavy emphasis on 48-55 plus hours for only £22,000. Also split 50/50 between driving customers around and actually working in the office...swiftly recognised this wasn't the career path I wanted and it's a very ruthless/corporate company.
They also have a quick turnover and grads starting every month.

I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Hull, England) in Jul 2020
Interview
Online basic application;
Next was the phone screen and;
Finally a 1:1 (via Skype)
(I did not connect with her, she was very passive-aggressive and I felt like she really didn't want to conduct the process.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Competency based questions.
"A time when...."
- You have made a sale
- Offered developmental feedback to someone
- Your toughest encounter at work, to date
- Why I wanted this and was I "really" commited to work 50hrs a week
- Where I see myself in X amount of years.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Feb 2019
Interview
The initial interview was great. Some competency based questions such as 'tell me how you have executed excellent customer service in a previous role'
But communication was rubbish and they offered me a job and revoked it the same day for no good reason.
