Enterprise Mobility Graduate Management Trainee interview questions

Telephone interview followed by a branch visit. I got a chance to chat to other employees about working at the branch, had a tour of the branch then a one to one interview with the branch manager. It was informal and friendly.

Saw advert online. Telephone interview with HR, asking about previous experience and degree status Branch interview - visited a local branch and had an interview with the manager there. Very basic and casual. Assessment day - Whole day of different activities, quite relaxed and lots of energy around the room. Did feel slightly like an initiation ceremony but it was a positive experience.
