Enterprise Mobility Graduate Management Trainee interview questions

Strange Process. Brought in for an interview at the branch, there was no real structure to the day. Stood around for about 2 hours having casual conversations with other employees, trying to find out more about the company. Im not sure what they want you to do during this part of the process? This followed by given a tiny tour of the office. Then had an interview in a room, lots of questions, competency based, they want you to use STAR technique.

Straight forward, informal, took 10 minutes. They asked for basic information, motivators, my understanding of the company, expected hours etc etc etc. Make sure to prepare your understanding of the company values, ethos, history and some facts
