I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Redditch, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
Phone interview which was very short and relatively easy.
Face to Face interview, based on experience and competencies. I thought it went well but apparently I lacked 'customer service' related skills.
Wouldn't of worked there anyway as expect you to work 50-60 hours on £20k. Includes washing cars and doing other rubbish jobs
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Boldon, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
I went through an online application and was offered a telephone interview, 8 minutes after applying. I passed this interview then had a face to face interview. For this interview, my interviewer never turned up. I then had to reschedule and finally had a face to face interview. It was very relaxed and I was made to feel at ease. I was unsuccessful in this interview as I was told I did not have enough experience in a sales role.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Bishop Auckland, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online, simple enough application form. Received an email to arrange a telephone interview the following week.
Telephone interview consisted of very generic competency based questions, very friendly and relaxed. Got put through to the next stage.
Face to face interview at a branch, very welcoming, very forward about the difficulty of the job and the long hours etc which I was impressed by. Must be a body language test to judge your initial reaction.
Passed this stage and currently awaiting my Shadowing session at a branch I will be working at should I get offered the job.
