One zoom interview with general HR, the a background and driving history check, in person shadow and interview with branch manager and area manager you'll be working under, then in person interview with direct manager you'll be working under

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
