Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Lexington, VA) in Mar 2012
Interview
First was a short 5 minute interview to determine if you are qualified for the position. Second was an hour-long phone interview with questions such as "tell me a time when... " so have stories from your experience to share.

Tell me a time when you didn't get a long with your manager.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
