Durring this interview, I found out that they are looking for people that wanted to be district managers at all costs, if you state that you will be happy at being a assistant or local managern they do not want you.....only state that you only have goals of being that top dog.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
