Had a phone interview, 1:1 and the second interview is in two days. I will be under studying the branch and meeting with the branch and area manager. Flings crossed? Questions asked include: tell me about your self, sales experience. Dealt with difficult customer, exceed customer's expectation, working in a competitive environment etc.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
