Interview
I completed the interview process in April and May of this year. The process was extremely quick and efficient, I submitted my details online and had completed a phone interview, branch visit and assessment day all within 4 weeks.
The telephone interview had a focus on sales questions and tell me a time when..
The branch visit was a great day that allowed me to see if I really wanted the job or not. This was completed with an interview at the end of the day with similar questions from the telephone interview along with a sales role-play.
The assessment centre was completed with 9 other candidates. 2 role plays, a planning exercise, group discussion then your final interview.
Over all really well planned and ran, with excellent opportunities to ask plenty of questions.
Given clear advice on the salary and the hours expected of you, which is excellent. Just to many hours/not high enough salary for me.
