very straight forward in the first initial ones, more or less to see if you're suitable for a sales environment. Staff were all nice and spoke to me just fine, seemed like a good place to work.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

2nd interview is with Branch Manager and Area Manager - mostly assessing fit and experience
3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.
