I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2010
Interview
applied online. waited about two weeks. Got a call for a screening interview.
Interview in Garland, Texas.
I am an old guy. 52 years old. Twenty-five years teaching school. Second careering. Get it?
I'm happy to say the young lady- who is celebrating her 30th birthday this week was friendly, respectful, personable, professional.
"Us Old Guys" have to take a deep breath and adjust our attitudes when we go in. In this case, the interviewer was helpful. Of course, she asked the standard screening questions you can find in any book:
a time when you had an irate customer....
a time when you made a successful "up-sale"
a time when you had to make a difficult leadership decision
Enterprise is a privately owned company that has been in the family since 1957..... they don't have to apologize for their dress code! or hairstyle!!
Wear a business SUIT!
Get a haircut!
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Croydon, England)
Interview
The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

How would you see yourself progress in this career?
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Middletown, KY)
Interview
Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
There are three interviews. The first one was with a recruiter, the second one is in the stores and the third one is with the big boss. I didn’t get to the third interview. They seemed desperate for people and that was a red flag to me.
