its a pyramid scheme. there is no way to move up unless someone quits or get fired. people are comfortable with making 60k in the career being a manager. i wasnt.

very easy and laid back, asked about 5 questions, not difficult at all. the person doing my interview was super nice and made the interviewing process a lot less stressful and nerve racking.
