Simple and easy, you go and observe a branch. Shadow one of the employees and you can ask questions as you watch. After they ask you simple questions about your sales and customer service experience.

Detailed discussion and interview process. A few rounds meeting the team and explaining the process of the branch. They try to understand how you work and what drives you to see if you are decent fit
3 part interview. First on the phone, second is an observation and third is the final interview. Very easy if you commit to it. Just read the description of the role and cater your answers around that

Interview
It was a three stage process in total. First stage was a telephone interview. The second stage was a phone interview and the third stage was an in branch interview. All interviewers were professional and pleasant throughout the process.
