Typical sales interview - asked general questions about prior experience in sales/retail, if I've ever persuasively sold anything, and difficulty in dealing with people (customer service). I did not exactly have great answers to any of their questions so it was not surprising I was not asked for a second phone interview.

Explain a time when you had to deal with an angry or very difficult client/person (customer service, essentially)?

Interview
I applied online. Got a call back from a recruiter a week later. We set up time for a quick phone screening. Was super easy. Later had a 1 on 1 with an HR rep. Again super easy, basic questions. Basically wants to hear about your experiences/qualifications. Had an interview with the Branch Manager and Area Manager. This was the worst part. The Area Manager postponed on me twice which was rough because I had a 5 hour drive and had to take the day off of work to make the interview. He didn't apologize or anything. Was very unprofessional in that regard. Same basic questions. Also got a tour and such which was good. In the end thats where the process ended. No job offer.
