I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Rincon, GA) in Feb 2011
Interview
several phases, met with recruiter, they seemed nice enough, then went and interviewed in an office with a branch manager and a area manger, last interview was with a city manager. lots of situational questions, felt like the interviews went well, recruiter gave me a tip of what to expect in the next interview, and this trend seemed to continue on up through the interview process.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Oxford, OH) in Apr 2013
Interview
I had a first round interview and made it to a second round where another person would call me, I made it through that round as well and was told that I would be contacted for my third interview at a local branch where I would spend the day and then have an assessment with the manager. I contacted enterprise multiple times to schedule my third round interview however they never contacted me. They were very hard to keep in contact with and seemed unorganized.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Midvale, UT) in Mar 2013
Interview
The first interview was a simple phone screen. They ask you questions about your major, year in school, ability to work in the US, and why you are interested in Enterprise. Next is an in-person interview with HR. Enterprise is really looking for students interested in sales and customer service, so a lot of the questions revolve around sales and interacting with people. The third interview is with the Area Manager of the area you will be working in, and the last interview is with the Group Rental Manager. A total of four interviews, mostly looking for sales experience, great customer service skills, and business/entrepreneurial drive. The entire process took 3-4 weeks.
