I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Madison, WI) in Jul 2009
Interview
ERAC HR was at the school job fair. She was very bubbly and pleasant. The interview was very easy. Then you meet with a couple managers. They didn't ask much questions. The big problem was no one really tells you what it's like on a day-to-day basis. It's all glossed over.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Langley, BC) in Jul 2013
Interview
1. Applied online. Said on the website that someone would get back to me in 5 days. Never received a reply. Had to send the local recruiter a strong, persuasive e-mail before I got a response. Arranged for a 15 minute phone interview.
2. Phone interview. Phone interview went well. Asked personal questions about myself, my education, and basic sales&customer service questions. Scheduled to set up a one-on-one interview.
3. One-on-one interview. Arrived 20 minutes early. The workers who walked by were very friendly! They all wished me luck on my interview. The recruiter was also pretty nice. I know I matched their dress code expectations and did above adequate research on their company.
My sense is that they were expecting dull, generic answers. Got a little too philosophical with a couple of my answers and that probably killed my hopes of a 2nd round of interviews.
