I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Calgary, AB)
Interview
Spoke with a Talent Recruiter on the phone who asked some general questions about my career goals, university education, and brief description of past work experience. Invited me to meet with her at an admin building for a formal one-on-one interview. Interview was very relaxed -- almost like a conversation -- where we discussed a number of topics, including why I chose to attend the university that I graduated from, what my career path and future ambitions were, and STAR questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Described her own work experience and different positions held within the company to familiarize me with career potential. Emphasis on sales and customer service.
Management Trainee position is a one-year term that may be completed in 7 to 8 months by ambitious individuals wishing to advance to Assistant Branch Manager. Explained how banks/financial corporations are the biggest competitors to Enterprise Rent-A-Car for recent university graduates. Training process is mirrored to that of a bank teller position in any major Canadian financial institution (ie. RBC) but pays considerably less. Requested to further meet with regional VP for second interview and hiring process, but declined.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a uniquely challenging client interaction that you had to adapt to.
I applied to the job and received a phone call to do a phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to come down to the office for an in person interview with an HR rep. from there I was sent out to spent 2 hours shadowing at a local branch and had an interview with the branch manager. Then a 3rd and final interview was set up at the first office.
