Phone Interview with HR person, after that I moved on to the second interview with the same woman I spoke with during my phone interview. The second interview was face to face- dress business professional in a full suit. You then move on to the third interview, where you get a tour and see how things are ran on an everyday basis in Enterprise. You then have a face to face interview with two of the branch managers. If you pass this round, you meet the Vice President of the area.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What is the most difficult aspect of your current job?
The interview went for 3 rounds, like what most other applicants had. The first round was a onsite interview 1-1 with HR person. Enterprise is very frank about the salary and there is no way for the negotiation. Second round was an onsite observation for 1-2 hours followed by lots of questions. Final round is the meeting with district manager. Be prepared with lots of examples to prove your sales and customer service experience.
