I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Interviewed for the San Francisco Management Trainee position. Lot of situational customer service questions (what would you do if, name a time when, etc), during first interview provided immediate feedback on how it went and if you are eligible for a second interview. I ended up accepting another job offer before the second interview. Very friendly recruiter. Provided an excellent career path for those with entry level experience right out of college. If you want a career with Enterprise it is a really excellent program but you must be willing to work your way to the top and start at the very bottom. You will wash cars in your suit and you will sale, sale, sale. You would work 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 10 hour shifts mandatory five days a week. Two Saturdays a month in addition to the five days a week means you would work 50-55 hours a week. The hourly rate is $13.25, overtime rate (beyond 40 hours a week) $19.88 non-negotiable. I also learned that customer service agents make $12.80 an hour starting at SFO.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no difficult questions, with every question the interviewer gave examples. This was actually the easiest interview I've ever had.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Applied online got a call the next day which was a quick getting to know phone call which prompted a face to face interview the next day with a hiring manager. Face to face interview wanted to know how much experience you've had in sales and customer service and if you have ever excelled in it. They also ask what kind of leader you are and if you are willing to work 60 hrs a week. Interview went well but never received a second interview.
