I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Denver, CO)
Interview
I definitely felt as if the position was being sold to me during the interview. Low pay for the hours expected of their employees. I felt like this position was meant for high school graduates...not people who had spent 4-5 years in a degree program learning the skills that this position claimed to be teaching. The interview process was also a bit ridiculous for an "entry-level" position. One interview at the regional office, another interview at the location you'll be working, then a final interview back at the regional office.

Question 1
No real difficult interview questions...unless you consider the run-of-the-mill, pointless "tell me about a time when..." to be difficult.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The first step is a computerized personality test at the regional office. The second step is the interview with the recruiter. This is usually a pretty easy interview. There will be basic getting to know you type questions and the recruiters are usually pretty cool. The next interview is with the area manager, which is still a very laid back process but more intense questions. If you ace it with the area manager you're in.

Question 1
From what I recall the most difficult question was what is your greatest weakness and how do you deal with it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Was contacted by HR a few days after applying. Set up a phone interview (resume, background) and was later invited for in person interview (BQ's). Interview was easy and was invited for second interview. I declined because the benefits and compensation and career opportunities were not competitive and I received and offer with a different company that offered a much better benefits/compensation package. However, everyone was extremely nice and professional at Enterprise.

Question 1
None- they were basic BQ's (tell me a time when you had to deal with an angry client.....etc.)
