I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Called by internal recruiter, scheduled an interview with them. Next were two separate interviews with area managers followed by an interview with the group rental manager. All the interviews followed the STAR format and are your typical canned questions. This was followed up with a review of how the interview process went and then an offer. The recruiiing managers were the most personable, expectedly so. Overall it was a very formal and stiff interview process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Topeka, KS) in Mar 2009
Interview
Phone interview followed by an on-site interview. I had two different interviews, one with only the branch manager and then with the branch manager as well as the area manager. The interview questions were all behavior based and it was an extremely relaxed atmosphere. I was then offered the internship about a week later.

I did not have any difficult or unexpected questions asked. They were all straight forward and asked questions about handling fast paced environments as well as sales experience.
