I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Very detailed interview process. 1 phone screen and 3 face to face interviews. The 2nd interview included a branch observation. I enjoyed the branch observation which gave me the opportunity to get a feel of the daily responsibilities of an MT. This also gave me the opportunity to interact with the employees I would be working with. Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

Question 1
Sales question and I didn't have sales experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Ramon, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
First phone call with recruiter for about 5 minutes to talk about how I found out about Enterprise and the position then I scheduled an in person interview with the same recruiter. Asked to go to second round interview at the end of the first interview with the recruiter. Went to "observe" (or job shadow) at branch for an hour, just asked everyone how to nail the interview and what i'd be doing basically, then an hour sit down interview with area manager and assistant manager of branch. Told I would get called if I was selected to move on and got called two days later to schedule the third and final interview with the VP. The last interview was the most relaxed in my experience and I got a phone call the next day, a thursday, saying I got the job and I started training the following monday. Whole process took about 3 weeks, week wait time between interviews, but they get back to you really quick and the interviews weren't too bad.

Question 1
3 things that motivate you?
3 things that you look for in a company?
Your the manager. A man rents a car from you and it breaks down on him while he's on his way to an interview. He calls your company to pick him up and fix the car but is told it'll be 2 hours before they get there. He ends up getting another ride to the interview and doesn't get the job due to being late. He comes back to your branch and complains about the situation demanding a full refund. What do you do?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Derby, England) in Nov 2012
Interview
Applied on line and three days later received email from Talent Acquisition Manager that he
would like to schedule a 15-20 minute telephone interview.I emailed back the suitable date, time and phone number. On the day of phone interview I waited nearly forty five minutes because he was phoning wrong number but finally had the phone interview and he said he will let me know in a week time. He never phoned back which then I phoned him back, he arranged for a branch interview in TWO WEEKS time.
I had a disappointing but informative experience on the day of my interview with Enterprise.
I turned up at 9.50am(for 10am appointment), looking forward to my interview at the branch, but no one was aware of my appointment. I had to wait nearly one and half hours before the manager from another branch turned up to interview me, whilst casually reading from pieces of paper and writing some notes down. He never mentioned why the branch or area manager for whatever reason could not attend. I received a better response from the staff at the branch than the management and Talent Acquisition Manager.
I was treated as if I was not wanted there. This feeling did not help my responses to the interview questions.

Question 1
All questions were about customers. what do you do if customer complains or if customer still is not happy. Pretty simple questions which I answered with real life examples.
