Enterprise Mobility interview questions

Interview was about an hour for the first step, then a second interview in a local branch with the branch manager.

Basic questions about retail. How to handle rude customers, how to persuade, and how to be competitive. Entire interview lasted about 30 minutes and if they like you, you get a 2nd interview and a branch observation then a 3rd interview. Its a long process for a minimal paying job with lots of hours needed to be worked.
