Enterprise Mobility interview questions

First you meet with the ERAC recruiter. They are the ones who go to college job fairs etc etc. Anyways I had a friend get hired, so he gave me her number. We had a phone interview, very basic. Then I was officially sent to corporate to have a serious 1-on-1 interview. Passed that one. Next met with the Branch manager of the store and sat down with her. And lastly the distrct manager sat me down and was the final decision-maker. She asked after everything said and done (about 3 weeks) was worth it and asked if I wanted the job. Then off to a 7-day training program in North LA (fully paid).

Four step process: First, a pre-screening interview via a short phone conversation (if your resume is selected); Second, a face-to-face interview with a Enterprise HR Recruiter; Third, an interview with an Area Manager; and Fourth, a final interview with the Regional VP.
