I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I was initially contacted through e-mail by a recruiter, was invited to apply and was then called by the same recruiter. I was not aware at the time of the call but it was a phone interview. At the end of the call she invited me in to interview with her one on one. I made it through this round, and was invited to the second where you observe a branch for an hour, then interview with a regional manager for another hour. Later that day the recruiter called to inform me that I was invited to the final round of interviews with the region's Vice President. After this interview you should be informed in about 36 hours as to whether or not you have the job. This is a sales job and the interviewers try to determine if you have the skills and desire to succeed in this position. You will be told that the hours are long and it can get tough but it is a great opportunity with a reputable company, famous for its organizational culture and vigorous training program.
