I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Columbia, SC) in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a week later discussing the internship briefly and when I could come in for an interview. I went in for initial interview with the recruiter I spoke to on the phone. After which I was sent to a branch immediately for 2nd interview and shadowing. I shadowed employees in the branch for an hour then had a interview with the Area Rental Manager and the Branch Rental Manager. I received a phone call within 4 days with the internship offer. This summer, roughly 900 people applied for Enterprise Internships in South Carolina and 11 were chosen.

Interview
Applied online, was contacted next day by the recruiter, interviewed in office with him, went to a local branch and observed for 45 min and then had my 2nd interview with the area manager. Interview went well and was long and he told me in the office that he liked me and was going to send me on to my 3rd interview with the regional manager. Interviewed with him a week later and after about 2 hours of leaving my interview with him I got a phone call from the enterprise recruiter informing me that I got the job.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Dixon, IL) in Apr 2011
Interview
I saw an position open on indeed.com. I applied to the enterprise online and waited for a response. It was a week later when I got a call from a recruiter. They asked some specific questions about examples of customer service and sales experience. They look for detailed answers so make sure to have some examples ready. They liked my answers and they asked me to do an interview at a local branch.
I met with an area manager and the interview was pretty much the same. They ask alot about leadership and customer service. Once again be very detailed. After the interview, they asked me to interview with his boss. I came in an hour earlier and job shadowed for about an hour. Ask lots of questions, so you're not suprised that you have to wash cars in dress clothes. I interviewed again and it was the same line of questioning.
A few days of later, I got a call and they offered me the position.
