The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Ahoskie, NC) in Apr 2012
Interview
Applied online, few days later got an email about scheduling a phone interview. Scheduled the phone interview, did the phone interview. Only took 10 minutes. It was with the regional recruiting manager. Very nice and personable. Scheduled 1:1 interview for about a week later. Took maybe 30-40 minutes. Asked about my past sales experience, future goals, asked about any hard sales situations I've seen/been in contact with, how I handled a under performing employee, etc. Was not a hard interview if you've had sales experience. May be more challenging if you haven't but still not impossible. I asked about 5 questions. They like questions so ask. They also like suits so wear one. Felt confident coming out of the interview but luckily she ripped the band aid off within 2 days saying they went with another candidate. Bummed but the pay is only average, hours are long, but they make up for it in benefits/afternoon off during the week, etc. Would have liked to try it but unfortunately, no offer. Seemed like people liked where they worked though.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Challenges you've faced in sales, with other employee (ones you've supervised if any mostly). If you're competitive or not, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc. ASK YOUR OWN QUESTIONS ASAP. For giggles have 3-5.

Interview
First applied online and was contacted two days later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well and I was asked to come in for an in-person interview which i havent gone on yet. They definitely want people who have customer service experience along with sales experience.

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied online and then got an email asking me to schedule a phone interview the next day. The person in charge of the initial interview did not live in the city I was applying for, and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of her. I called a couple of times and finally just told her to call me when she got the chance. She called the next day and asked basic questions about why I wanted to leave my current job, basic things about myself, education, etc. Then she scheduled a one-on-one interview for the next week. The interview itself was not quite what I expected. Every questions asked was customer related. How have you dealt with an unhappy customer? What did you do to appease them? How do you get customers to continue shopping with you? Things of that nature. I didn't have any questions about the company, or how I would be a good fit, or what I could bring to the table. Enterprise's commercials brag about being the number one hiring company for college graduates no matter their major, but when I told her what my major was all she could do was tell me how unrelated to Enterprise it was. I may have just had an unfortunate interview, but the questions just seemed repetitive only worded differently each time.
Overall, the interview wasn't difficult, the questions asked just didn't require answers that would tell the interviewer what kind of worker you would be.
