I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Philadelphia, PA) in Jul 2011
Interview
The phone interview took about 15-20 mins. Asked basic questions about my resume, recent job experience, etc. Also asked about my willingness to travel for I would have been traveling to 3-4 regional offices during the week. Since I didn't live in Philadelphia, that seemed to discourage my interviewer for moving myself on to the next phase.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Oct 2011
Interview
A recruiter contacted me so I applied to ERAC online. I later received an e-mail from the HR manager in my area and set up an interview. The woman who interviewed me was very enthusiastic about the company. She did say that they are trying to shorten the interview process as it usually takes days since you go on a tour of the company at one of their locations. She stated that for the 2nd interview they would combine it with the tour. I never got that far in the process but I'm glad they are deciding to shorten the process. After reading other reviews it seems to take a while to start on the job because of the extensive interview process.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Sep 2011
