I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Oct 2011
Interview
(i got the job so keep reading and rate)I applied online for the management trainee position and recieved a phone screning call from the recruiter 3 days later. He asked basic questions like what was my leadrship experience, sales experience, why I was inerested in an opportunity with Enterprise. That went well and I came in 3days later for a 1 on 1 interview with the same recruiter similar questions were asked in additon to what makes a good leader, describe a difficult sitation or customer and how I dealt with it and a time I had to persuade someone. That went well and he told me he thougt I would be perfect for the position and the following week I had an interview with the Area Manager and did a Branch Observation with an Assisant Brach Manager. There was a lot going on so I tried to be very observant and get a feel if this was something I wanted /could do. I loved the envionment and the fast pace.
The interview with the Area Manager was my favorite he was extremely passionate about the company and his role which made it easy for me to feed that energy back. He asked me how I would overcome no or challenging customers and what are qualities of a good leader, he asked how do you know if your successful and what drives and motivates me and where do I see myself in 5 years he really loved my responses and was excited to move me to the final interview which happened 4 days later with the Group Rental Manager. This one was less intense. He didnt even have an interview sheet he basically looked at my resume and asked me to talk about myself and experiences. He asked me again what makes a good leader and why I thought I would be a good fit. he wanted to know how I felt about the values of the company (which u should be familiar with and the mission) and I sold myself on my drive, my intiative and my readiness to get on board and kick the heck outta the position. ANNNNNND that went well he extended an offer on the spot and I accepted! started 2 weeks after that LOVE IT!
Suggestions: do research in the company and the advancment process from within. The position is a lot of work for not a lot of pay but if you do it well and to the best of you ability you'll be advancing and promoted before you know it. Be enthusiastic, passionate, driven and sell yourself. your leadership experience and sales experience is a plus. If your a good conversator and know how to think on your feet this will be easy but if not I suggest practices 3 or 4 good examples or points you want to make and intergrate that in the interview. AND ask about their career path how they got started etc because you SHOULD genuinely be interested in your potential and see yourself able to attain their roles as well in the future.

Interview
I received a call after appliying on-line from their Recruiter, who asked the normal questions about my experience, and availability to start right away. I answered her questions and the Recruiter said she would get back to me with a date for my interview as well as directions and instructions about getting to their Offices, which are located inside Walt Disney World. She did call back (Day 2) and asked if I come in later the second day and I said yes. She said she would email me the instructions and directions shortly. After more than 5 hours of waiting for this information, I called the Recruiter's number and got a voicemail that said she was gone for the day and could be contacted the following day. I called the next day (Day 3) and she insisted she had sent the email, but she could not find a record of it...Long story Short - she "re-sent" it and I went in for the interview on Day 3. Upon Arrival, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, before the young 20+ y/o manager (who had walked pass me several times, before acknowledging he was the manager I would be speaking with), approached me and said he was very busy and would be with me shortly. When he finally decided to stop and interview me, it seemed to be an inconvenience for him. Yes, I am over 55 and felt he had already made up his mind before the interview. Having over 35 years Customer Service experience, I understood the business, but from his mannerisms, sensed I was not what he was looking for. After the Interview, he said they would let me know of his decision atthe end of the week. I never heard from them until I called back to find out if the position had been filled, and was told it was.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (South Jordan, UT) in Mar 2011
Interview
I talked to them at a career fair and was invited to a preliminary interview with the local recruiter. I was asked to bring my resume, and after the first interview, they asked me to formally apply. There were two more interviews after that, with higher levels of management. The interviews themselves were behavioral interviews, and they were definitely looking for positivity, sales experience, and an attitude of service. The interviews were one-on-one or two-on-one, and very comfortable.
