Enterprise Mobility interview questions

Replied to online ad for management trainee. Received email about 1 week later to call to set-up interview. Interviewed in person 1:1. Basic sales, customer service questions asked.

got a call back/phone interview. pretty short. then had a 1:1 interview, took about 30 min, really basic questions, have you ever had a supervisor, how would you deal with a conflict, etc. got a call back 2 days later for request for a background check. currently waiting for a response back. (only been 4 business days).
