Interview
First interview at corporate with friendly HR lady. She basically coaches you how to get through the subsequent interviews. Second interview is 'in branch' with assistant manager, branch manager, and area manager. Basic questions, nothing too hard. Third interview is back to corporate with the group rental manager who gives the final nod. You'll get the same questions asked in all three interviews, nothing difficult.

The recruiter contacted me after a week of me posting my resume. The recruiter was very nice and informed me of what the requirements of the trainee position would entail. She asked a few questions on the phone and one in person after that. Then you interview with the Area Manager.
