Enterprise Mobility interview questions

Phone interview then you meet with the HR dept, then the area manager and then the regional manager

Phone interview was pretty much just questions about why I'm interested in the MT position. I was hard-pressed coming from an engineering major, proving an intimidating phone interview. The 1:1 interview was all the way in Connecticut, forcing me to take a 90 minute train ride and a 1 hour walk to the office in Wilton, CT. Somehow, I got there on time and was asked typical behavioral type questions, but didn't get the job, mostly because I didn't give a convincing argument about why an engineer like my is trying to get a job renting out cars. Compared to most interviews, this one was very formal and not relaxed (she didn't smile or make very much eye contact), just as expected for a management position.
