Phone interview was pretty much just questions about why I'm interested in the MT position. I was hard-pressed coming from an engineering major, proving an intimidating phone interview.
The 1:1 interview was all the way in Connecticut, forcing me to take a 90 minute train ride and a 1 hour walk to the office in Wilton, CT. Somehow, I got there on time and was asked typical behavioral type questions, but didn't get the job, mostly because I didn't give a convincing argument about why an engineer like my is trying to get a job renting out cars. Compared to most interviews, this one was very formal and not relaxed (she didn't smile or make very much eye contact), just as expected for a management position.
