The first stage is a quick ten minute phone call interview answering very simple basic questions about yourself. Then, the next interview is through a video chat that is much longer and more extensive, discussing work experience.

-Why you want the internship
-A time you had to overcome an obstacle/ objection; how you managed to do so
-A positive sales experience
-A negative sales experience
-An accomplishment in life and how it affected you
-What kind of goals do you have
